Shock horror W.H Brown lie to Property Ombudsman.

I know I should not be surprised but I truly am. I had relied on my complaint to the Property Ombudsman being upheld to some degree. That they would see the misery W H Brown had caused by what I consider to be their lies and that I would be offered the compensation I had asked for. What of course I had not anticipated is that W H BRown would not give full and proper evidence to to the Ombudsman. Of course it could be seen as a compliment that they feel that they have to deny what they did, that they could not just own up and be fined. That would suggest that they know their failure to provide for me is serious. But it could just be that once a liar always a liar. So please please please do not assume that all Estate Agents lie, they have a Duty of Care to you. So put everything in writing and put everything that they have told you in writing too and get them to confirm it before you exchange, that way if they have lied and the lie is serious you have the evidence to ask for compensation.
